How does the Property Survey Annotations work?

Add multiple text annotations to a property survey, plat, or site plan PDF in one pass. Each annotation is a line of "x, y, size, text" — coordinates in PDF points (0,0 is the bottom-left of the page; 1 inch = 72 points), size in points, text is whatever you want to draw. Useful for marking bearings ("N 23°15'40" E"), distances ("50.42 ft"), lot identifiers ("LOT 12"), or callouts ("EASEMENT"). Lines beginning with # are treated as comments and skipped, so you can keep notes in the input. Supports a single page per run — for multi-page surveys, run the tool once per page.
