How does the Confidentiality Stamp work?
Mark a PDF as confidential with a structured header + footer stamp on every page — different from Add Watermark, which is a single diagonal/centered text mark. Here you get a coloured header band with your label (e.g. "CONFIDENTIAL · ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGED") plus a footer band that can include a recipient name and today's date. Useful for legal review copies, draft circulation, M&A data-room exports, and any "this is sensitive — handle accordingly" workflow. Stamps print and survive when the PDF is converted or merged.
