How does the Add Arrow work?

Draw arrows on PDF pages — point from one location to another to call attention to a specific element. Each arrow is "page,x1,y1,x2,y2" (from x1,y1 to x2,y2). The arrowhead is drawn at the end (x2,y2). The arrowhead size scales with the shaft length so short arrows do not get oversized heads. Useful for review markup where "this thing" is at one point and "the issue" is at another.
