Not in v1 — these are drawn icons, not real PDF annotation objects. True clickable annotations require a separate AcroAnnotation pass on the roadmap.

How does the Add Sticky Note work?

Add small numbered yellow sticky-note icons at coordinates on a PDF, then append a "Sticky Notes Index" page at the end with the full text of each note. The user reading the marked-up PDF sees a numbered icon (small square with the note number) where the comment was placed and flips to the index page to read the actual comment. Useful for keeping the original page visually clean while still capturing review feedback.
