What about content-stream rules?

Things like "no transparency operators" / "fonts must be embedded" / "no encryption" need stream-level inspection — partial in v1, fuller checks on the roadmap.

Failures and warnings come with remediation hints pointing to specific tools that can fix them. This is a HEURISTIC check — for certified validation, run veraPDF (open-source) or a commercial pre-flight tool on the file.
