How does the Split by Bookmarks work?

Read a PDF's outline (bookmarks) and split it into one PDF per bookmark — perfect for breaking a book into chapter files, separating a long report into section files, or producing per-bookmark deliverables for a multi-author manuscript. Each output PDF starts at its bookmark's page and ends just before the next bookmark's page (or end-of-document for the last). Files in the ZIP are numbered to preserve outline order, with the bookmark title in the filename.
