"true" or "false". Group radio buttons return the selected option name.

Can I batch-extract from many forms at once?

Run the tool once per file and concatenate the CSVs. A "merge per-row CSV across N forms" mode is on the roadmap.

Does it work on signed/encrypted PDFs?

Yes when the form fields are accessible. If the PDF is password-protected, unlock it first using the Unlock PDF tool.

You'll get an error. Some PDFs that look like forms are actually just text on a page — those have no machine-readable fields. Try Extract Text to PDF instead, or re-author the form with proper fields.
