How large can each PDF be?

Browser-dependent — most laptops handle 50 PDFs of up to ~30 MB each comfortably. For very large files, batch in smaller groups.

Will the watermark be on every page?

Yes — every page of every file gets the watermark. To stamp only the first page, run Add Watermark on each file individually.

Are the files uploaded?

No — all watermarking happens in your browser via pdf-lib.

How does the Batch Watermark PDFs work?

Apply the same watermark to every page of every PDF in a batch — for marking a stack of drafts as DRAFT, a folder of contracts as CONFIDENTIAL, or a set of internal reports as PROPERTY OF YOUR_COMPANY. Each PDF is processed with the same text, position, font size, and opacity, then bundled into a single .zip with each file suffixed "-watermarked.pdf". Same watermark engine as the single-file Add Watermark tool — diagonal centre is the most visible default.
