How does the PNG to PDF work?

Combine PNG images into a single PDF. Drop one image or up to 60 — the order you select them in is the order they appear in the PDF. By default each PNG gets its own page sized to the image, so quality stays pixel-perfect. If you need a uniform page size (Letter or A4), pick one from the dropdown and the images are scaled-to-fit and centered. Alpha-channel transparency from the source PNG is preserved in the output PDF (PDF 1.4 transparency groups), so transparent regions stay transparent in modern viewers — they show whatever is underneath the image (the page background).

Frequently asked
