Quick Sign (Mobile-friendly)
Sign a PDF using a phone photo of your handwritten signature on a piece of white paper — no need to manually create a transparent PNG first.

How does the Quick Sign (Mobile-friendly) work?
Sign a PDF straight from a phone photo of your signature — no need to upload a transparent PNG. Take a photo of your signature on a clean white piece of paper, drop it in along with the PDF, and the tool removes the white background using a luma threshold so the signature pastes cleanly onto the page. Pick a placement (bottom-right is the convention), set a width, and download. Differs from the regular Sign PDF tool, which expects you to provide an already-transparent PNG. If your signature comes out patchy, try the Conservative threshold; if you see ghosty white edges, try Aggressive.

All processing happens on your device. Your files never leave your browser, never touch our servers, and are not stored anywhere. Close the tab and the file is gone.

⚡ Quick & easy
Drag, drop, click. Most files process in seconds, not minutes. No watermarks added to your output, no per-day limits, and the tool always shows the result before asking you to download.

Add a signature to a PDF — type your name in a script font, upload a transparent PNG/JPG, or pick from your library. Or use Verify mode to check whether a digitally-signed PDF has been modified since signing.
Pre-fill a fillable PDF form (AcroForm) — type one line per field as `name=value`. Output is a filled PDF you can sign or print.
Insert a PNG or JPG image into an existing PDF at any page and position — for stamps, signatures, logos, or photos.
Stamp custom text on every page — diagonal, horizontal, or footer position. Customise size + opacity. Drop several PDFs to watermark them all at once and download a ZIP.
Set the page labels a PDF viewer displays — e.g. "i, ii, iii" for the first N pages (front matter) and "1, 2, 3" for the body. Metadata change; no visible page content is modified.
Tint every page of a PDF with a chosen background colour — coloured paper effect, dark-mode proofing, themed prints.
Add a labeled signature-line area to an existing PDF — a bordered text field where the recipient drops an image-based signature later.
