Bulk Page-Count Audit

Drop N PDFs — get a CSV with page count, file size, and metadata for each one. Useful for inventories, bid packages, evidence collations, or anywhere you need a one-row-per-document summary.

Your files never leave your browser. All processing happens on your device — nothing is uploaded.

Need at least 1 file (have 0).

How does the Bulk Page-Count Audit work?

Drop multiple PDFs and the tool produces a single CSV inventory: one row per file with filename, page count, file size in bytes, title, author, producer (the source app), and creation date. Encrypted or corrupt PDFs report ERROR in the page-count column instead of failing the whole audit. Useful as a quick "what's in this folder" report before sending a batch to a printer / archive / e-discovery system, or for tracking page counts over time as documents accrete.

🔒 Security & Privacy

All processing happens on your device. Your files never leave your browser, never touch our servers, and are not stored anywhere. Close the tab and the file is gone.

📱 Use it on any device

Works in any modern browser — Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone, Android, and tablets. No installation, no app to download. Just open the page and start.

⚡ Quick & easy

Drag, drop, click. Most files process in seconds, not minutes. No watermarks added to your output, no per-day limits, and the tool always shows the result before asking you to download.

🎁 Always free, no signup

Free to use, every time. No account creation, no email required, no “trial” that converts to a paid plan. We make money from ads so you don’t have to pay.

Frequently asked

pdf-lib loads encrypted PDFs in ignore-encryption mode, so the page count is still reported. Title / author may be blank if the metadata stream itself is encrypted.
