Can I remove pages and reorder at the same time?

No — Remove Pages keeps the surviving pages in their original order. To remove AND reorder, use Split PDF and list the pages you want in your desired order.

Are bookmarks updated to match?

Bookmarks pointing to removed pages will be stripped or moved to the nearest surviving page. Bookmarks pointing to surviving pages keep working.

Does removing pages compress the file?

Not automatically — the tool preserves the remaining pages byte-for-byte. Your PDF may still shrink because unused embedded fonts and images referenced only by the deleted pages are dropped, but the surviving content is not re-encoded. For an actual size reduction, run the output through Compress PDF afterwards.

Do internal links to removed pages break?

Yes. Any internal links (from a table of contents, cross-references, or bookmarks) that pointed to a deleted page are removed from the output. Links to pages that survived are automatically renumbered so they still point to the right destination.

Are digital signatures kept intact?

Signatures on the surviving pages are preserved. If a signature covers pages that include one being removed, the signature is invalidated in the output — the PDF spec requires this because removing pages counts as a document modification.
