How does the Remove Blank Pages work?

Detect and remove blank pages from a PDF. Heuristic: a page is "blank" if it has no extractable text (or very little) AND no image XObjects in its resources. Useful after scanning a stack of mixed pages with auto-feed, after merging documents that had empty separator pages, or any "remove the obvious empty ones" cleanup. Sensitivity controls how aggressive the detection is — Medium is recommended for typical mixed-content PDFs.
