About this tool
EPF (Employee Provident Fund) is India's statutory retirement scheme for salaried employees. Both employee and employer contribute 12% of Basic+DA each month; interest is credited annually based on the EPFO Board rate (8.25% for FY 2024-25). This calculator projects your final corpus given your current salary, expected hikes, and years of service. Note: employer's 12% is split — 8.33% goes to EPS (pension) and 3.67% to EPF. For the retirement corpus we combine both since both eventually pay you.
