Can I add tax / VAT lines?

Add a tax line as another item: "1 x 250 USD Sales tax (10%)". For complex tax calculations, do them in a spreadsheet first and paste the totals.

Will the PDF be accepted by my accounting software?

It is a clean PDF with all the standard invoice fields. Most accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, Wave) accept PDF invoices as documentation, but they will not auto-import the line items. For deep integration, export to your accounting tool's native format.

Are the files uploaded?

Items use a compact "qty x unit_price CODE description" syntax so you can keep the input tidy. The totals block at the bottom sums per currency (no FX conversion is applied — clients can settle each currency separately, or you can run our FX Conversion Receipt to record the conversion when they pay). The "From" and "Bill to" blocks are free-form multi-line text, so include addresses, tax IDs, or payment instructions however you need.
